You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

Withdrawals can be requested via the same method used for your deposit where possible. Bonus funds that have not completed their applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
Always deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — a family member's JazzCash, a friend's Easypaisa — are not accepted and will be returned. If a third-party deposit cannot be returned, the funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
bet393 offers sports betting on cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), football, esports, tennis, basketball and a range of other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by bet393. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear unusual in size or timing relative to a specific market or event. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — acceptance is confirmed when the bet appears in your bet history with a confirmed status.
Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in at the displayed price regardless of subsequent market movement. In-play bets are accepted at live odds which may differ materially from pre-match prices. Bet settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body — for PSL and international cricket, this means the result as declared by the PCB or ICC.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, postponement beyond the settlement window, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being offered, or events that do not reach the stage required for settlement of a specific market. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.
Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed in the platform's betting rules section. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum may be declined or the stake reduced to bring the potential payout within the limit.
bet393 offers live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game show formats, as well as bingo rooms, slots and other instant-win games. The following rules apply to casino and games activity.
All casino games operate with a built-in house edge. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots and other games are determined by the game providers and are disclosed within individual game information screens. Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual table as hosted by the live dealer — players are responsible for familiarising themselves with table rules before joining.
Bets placed in error — for example, betting on the wrong outcome in roulette before a spin completes — cannot be reversed once accepted by the game system. Casino bets are final once confirmed. Any suspected technical error during a game session should be reported to support promptly with the session reference number available in your account history.
Bonus funds may or may not be eligible for use in specific game categories. Where a bonus is restricted to sports betting, casino games played with bonus funds will not count toward wagering requirements. Bonus funds awarded through deposits, free bets or promotional credits carry wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for any given bonus is the multiple by which the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all bets count equally — or at all — toward bonus wagering requirements. Bets placed on markets with very short odds, system bets, or certain game types may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate. The qualifying bet criteria for each promotion are stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms on the Promotions page.
All bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each individual promotion.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. bet393 uses detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus misuse.
bet393 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are made available at the platform's discretion and do not constitute a guaranteed ongoing offer.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet393 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as forfeiture of balances:
bet393 cooperates fully with law enforcement requests related to any of the above activities. Where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, accounts will be suspended and funds held pending investigation, which may take up to 30 days.
bet393 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including — but not limited to — breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or inactivity. Where an account is closed due to a breach, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
You may close your own bet393 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance in your account — excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing period. Once an account is closed, any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance processed per the above.
Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for twelve consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee per month thereafter, which will be deducted from the remaining account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Notification will be sent to the registered contact details before inactivity fees begin.
